It all began in the year 2005 when Mr Haresh Doulatani, chairman of Shree Tirupati Group spotted the dilapidated condition of Chandra Nagar buildings at Damani Estate.The ground plus three structures were showing cracks all through, with broken plumbing pipes exposed and plants emerging out of the concrete structures.

There were 150 tenants staying in the building. Getting the necessary approvals from respective authorities was challenging, but as has been always said “ Where there is a will there is a way” and this was the mantra that overruled all issues and roadblocks.

The spot where an old ground plus three storeyed shabby structure stood once is replaced by a superb 12 and 13 storeyed modern elevation tower with good amenities and quality interior finish. In spite of the rising cement and steel costs, Shree Tirupati Developers stood to its reputation and used construction material which is normally used only in high end projects by reputed developers. Shree Tirupati Developers fulfilled the commitment in 17 months which was 7 months ahead of the agreed timeline of 24 months.
